Gingerbread Mocktail

INGREDIENTS

for rim:

  • gingerbread syrup
  • crushed gingerbread or graham crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the gingerbread syrup. See recipe here.
  2. Take a chilled glass and run the rim along the gingerbread syrup, followed by crushed gingerbread or graham crackers.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, gingerbread syrup, milk, and heavy cream. shake for 10 seconds until chilled.
  4. Add into prepared glass. Top with ginger beer.
