@moxologyclub LAVENDER PLUM SHRUB [ingredients] 1 cup ripe plums, sliced and depitted 1 cup white sugar 1 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tsp lavender 1 tsp vanilla extract [method] add sliced plums and sugar to a bowl. smash together really well until a soft mixture forms. add vanilla, lavender, and apple cider vinegar and mix well. store in the fridge for 3 days before straining. store for a few months! you can put the leftover pulp on toast or bake with it.
